In addition to their high quality, ease of use and easy-to-read display, PURA water baths offer a number of functions and features that enable efficient use in the laboratory. These include, among other things, an integrated timer and specially designed edge surfaces, which automatically drain condensed fluid back into the bath. Another unique feature is the included, removable platform. Sample containers, which are placed on the platform, are fully immersed and thus optimally tempered.
Operating the water bath is straightforward, and the bright, easy to read white LED display can easily be read – also from a distance.
Oven applications are very diverse, but it is possible to break down their uses into three main categories: Drying, Baking and Curing. Drying Ovens- These ovens remove moisture from the chamber as quickly as possible in order to dry samples. The more air that moves over the samples and the more air that is evacuated from the chamber, the faster the samples will dry. This is why SHEL LAB ovens come with adjustable intake and exhaust ports for quick evacuation of chamber air when necessary. Baking Ovens- These ovens heat samples over a period of time without drying them out. This is best accomplished by keeping the exhaust port closed. The other key to this process is minimizing heat loss because the heated air is holding moisture. For this reason, SHEL LAB ovens use a unique wrap around insulation method that leaves no seams or gaps for air to escape. Curing Ovens- These ovens slowly heat materials to alter their chemical or physical properties. In other words, this method is aimed at baking samples while slowly drying them as well. Again, the amount of air allowed to evacuate the chamber plays a key role in the success of this process. A gradient PCR
Real time fluorescent quantitative PCR is mainly used in clinical medicine testing, biological medicine research and development, food industry, scientific research institutions and so on.
There are single channel, double channel and multi channel for PCR. When only one fluorescent probe marker is used, single channels are used; multiple fluorescent markings are used when multiple channels are used. A single channel can also detect multiple fluorescent markers and target gene expression products because only one target gene amplification can be detected at one time and multiple amplification is required to detect the amount of different target gene fragments. Multiple channels are useful for multiple PCR, enabling the detection of multiple target genes at once.
